University matches begin this weekend and the real thing next week. We do not play any international series in June-July so chances are some of the players could get a short contract if the counties have a vacancy. Ojha is going back to Surrey once the IPL gets over. Chawla too talked of being in touch with his old county Sussex for a contract. VVS is in talks with a couple of counties. Who else? Would love to see the likes of PK, Umesh and Aaron play in the championship. For their t20 league, some of our players could be in demand if the BCCI allows them to participate.

Can Irfan not get a contract? We might not have an international match, but India A team will be visiting WI in May. Then we'll be having World T20, etc. Can't believe BCCI will give 2-3 months rest to its players.

I'd love that as well but the BCCI won't let them play I guess. :hatsoff:
