Praggers got owned today. 2 for 187 so far, sure he got Mandeep but if Bhaji gets 3-4 wickets in 2nd innings he can really put pressure on him to perform in 1st Test. Then we will see how this Ojha handles it. :cantstop: English batsmen may not be as good as Punjab ones but they should still play someone with no variation.

Stuart Broad injury leaves England jittery ahead of India Test series

England vice-captain Stuart Broad is the latest player who might be leaving the Three Lions squad looking vulnerable 10 days before the first Test against India, after he had to undergo a scan on his injured left heel. It comes after Steve Finn, who suffered a thigh injury while bowling in England's tour opener against India A, is doubtful of playing in the first of a four-Test series starting at Ahmedabad on November 15. Although Surrey pacer Stuart Meaker has been called up as cover, but at 6ft 1in, he is six inches shorter than the man he is replacing, and therefore, lacks FinnÃÔ bounce and penetration, the Telegraph reports. According to the paper, the England medical team is now targeting the second Test for Broad to be fit as his heel problem could potentially leave England short of pace and bounce. The medics said that being tall and fast, there is large amount of force going through BroadÃÔ left ankle every ball he bowls, so even a niggle would be likely to compromise him, and would make a prognosis of his injury soon, the paper said.

Does anybody really care about in-home series anymore? After the 8-0 whitewash overseas.. do we really care about in-home tournaments? There is nothing much left to prove in home for the Indian team.. Yes, we are flat track bullies.. we will put up gargantuan scores or even chase such scores down easily... It will be a batting fiesta... and we will very easily outshine the batting efforts of the opposition more often than not. Other than the general curiosity of the outcome.. do we really care that much about the forthcoming Eng vs India series?...For me at least.. I'll never get excited about our team unless we prove ourselves overseas first. Your take?
