C2 is South AFrica and D1 is Pakistan ... Check Groups in CricInfo. Sri Lanka were ranked higher in T20s than South Africa when the schedules were made.

With Irfan & Ashwin, i would think so as well. Although we do not have something known as bench strength, it still might not hurt to see which bowler can click for 3-4 overs on the given day among Dinda/Chawla besides our usual part timers Yuvi/Kohli/Rohit. If the format is a bit of a lottery, lets play it like one.

It is a no brainer really, we are just wasting a spot by playing an extra batsman, that guy hardly gets to bat, with Ashwin and Pathan in the line up we should take the risk to play an extra bowler. Stupid decision to play the 7th batsman. I have been saying this from the first day.

According to cricinfo, they are planning to rest Ashwin tomorrow. If they rest Balaji too then we can try out both Chawla and Bhajji. I think we should rest Rohit and try Tiwari too.
