The best is you can be classified as a PIO (Person of Indian Origin) but that doesn't make u an Indian citizen. Otherwise BCCI will have to make seperate quota for PIOs. Then players like Sunil Narine, Ravi Rampaul, Ravi Bhopara etc will qualify.
