Anonymous Posted May 20, 2012 Posted May 20, 2012 specs are not too different..only thing put off people is Build quality ..HTC phones looks quite nice compre to Samsung..also its soming with 32 GB in built memory...but Battery cannot be removable while S3 have removable battery hmmm..I guess that varies from person to person (I do agree that Samsung could've concentrated a bit more on the casing material). In terms of storage, atleast here in the UK, the retailers are giving anywhere between 16 GB to 32 GB Micro SD cards for free with the S3.

Ediot Sammy still have to reveal Indian market price...they planned a event today
Rajiv Posted May 31, 2012 Posted May 31, 2012 Yes, International Version is Exonys Quad-Core with 1 GB RAM, US and Canadian is S4 Dual-Core with 2GB RAM and LTE. After doing a lot of reading, S4 Dual core is at par with exonys and most apps are still dual-core but the main kick is X 2 GB RAM and NA market is more about net speed and I already have the plan - can't wait for the LTE speeds, its goes uptoi 40MB/sec in Vancouver

rkt.india Posted May 31, 2012 Posted May 31, 2012 43000/- :hysterical: They are competing with Iphone 4S.:giggle:
Sehwag1830 Posted May 31, 2012 Posted May 31, 2012 I think this high price may be due to the depreciation of rupee. It would have cost around Rs 35000 a year earlier.
velu Posted May 31, 2012 Posted May 31, 2012 43000/- :hysterical: 43K :--D i can booze 25+ times with that moneyz

ViruRulez Posted May 31, 2012 Posted May 31, 2012 OK. Samsung royally screwed itself up. It was becoming the favorite smartphone and the market leader but with a single wrong decision it seems it has decided to doom itself. Rs.43K is an exorbitant price for a Samsung smartphone. A jump of nearly 15K over S2 and nearly 10K over a tablet cum smartphone such as Note. Royall screwed up decision. This will definitely hamper Samsung's growth and Apple might gain at Samsung's cost. More importantly, Sony might gain a lot with its Xperia range as it is priced affordable and is continuously increasing its features. The next range of Sony Xperias would also be waterproof. In fact, Nokia is also pricing the PureView 808 at less than Rs.30K with a 41 megapixel camera though the rest of the features and the OS is quite crap. Overall a massive mistake by Samsung which will definitely bring down its market share or at least decrease its rapid growth.
bulbul Posted May 31, 2012 Author Posted May 31, 2012 guys 43K is just MRP i just checked in XDA forum and some other shops its available for 37900/- in some Samsung show rooms even heard as low as 36500 somewhere online its availabe for 38.5K
Shane Posted June 28, 2012 Posted June 28, 2012 haha, good one rajiv, nice touch with the apple :P btw, I would like to say that the bhaisaab log of the US get 2gb ram, which makes it a sweet deal for them, unlike for us in the pure land.
Rajiv Posted June 28, 2012 Posted June 28, 2012 HTC X one seems better than this. It was my close 2nd however, the motion and palm swipe features are simply awesome in s3
