A natural striker like pandey and S tiwary(two of whom likely to join yuvraj,uthappa ,dhoni as exceptional strikers of the ball..) were still able to make some noise but they are still far from mature in any meaningful way. for example mandeep is not destroying attacks right now. but in three years time, he will most likely be significantly be more destructive as he will strike the ball better. mandeep has been most sensible here.accumalating runs within his current limitations. Even he went for too much at the end. that's the mistakes these young players keep repeating., the younger players need to accept their limitations at the moment and accumalate runs the extent possible. Those meaty 50's will hurt the oppostion more than quick cameos more often.

No problems with his form as well .I would rather have him thru a lean path in IPL than in Indian colors . lol @ dropping him from any Indian squad ..he should be first player to be picked , be it Tests , ODI's or T20s

He always takes his time to settle in ODIs and then plays shots once he plays 50-60 balls. HIS SR isnt anything to talk about in T20.
