The 39-year-old, who is a GP at the Forest Group Practice in Brandon, has been released on police bail. He is due to appear at Bury St Edmunds Magistrates' Court on 10 April. The General Medical Council has placed Dr Khan under special conditions. Except in life-threatening emergencies, he must not undertake consultations with any female patients without a chaperone present. Other conditions include not taking part in any out-of-hours work or home visits.

And the UK is also very tolerant without knowing that people from places that that used to being under a strong iron fist tend to go berserk when they are let loose in a permissive environment.

I can bet my house that parents of these kids wouldn't be any better. They have definitely failed their kids. But blaming them means state failed to detect that these childs were at risk from their parents as they have been irresponsible and unfit to bring up kid. Ironically they will go scot free and regular care money which they will use it to fund their own drug habbit just because their co-operation was needed for the cases and enquiry. Bloody ******
