What worries me is what that Julian Wood said.

I am seriously not in favour of kids been given so much of limelight, media guys back in sachins days were subtle and rational, in today's world there is so much of hype and sensationalism, it will break kids more often than it will make.

Media needs to lay off of him. If it keeps portraying him as the next Sachin, then it will put too much pressure on him to be the next Sachin. SRT to me is irreplaceable. I feel the same way towards Kohli-Tendulkar comparison.

Judging by his honest comments, I think dear Prithvi is mature enough to close out the media's sentiments and play his natural game. Im stoked about this kid. Yes, but despite that, media glare then versus in this internet age is like chalk and cheese. These days hype has taken on a different avatar. Imagine Unmukt Chand releasing a book before playing a single Intl ODI or Test cricket? Will be unheard of those days.
