They should open with Rayudu. He is on good form and bat well both against pace and spin. He should be given the license to attack. Videshi openers are not working for most teams because struggle against spin even if one is an ordinary spinner.
Then who will come in middle order. As MI are having problems in batting in every position.:giggle:

Last year he was wearing the orange cap for most of the IPL he hasnt just lost it in 12 months, this is the nature of T20, you cant judge form through it as its more about quick scoring which brings greater risks and bad luck

last year he was doing well in ipl too maybe lil bit slow but still well enough but this year before ipl i thought he would get back in form showed signs in asia cup but no :(( he needs to retire quickly now specially from shorter formats

Rohit Sharma scored 419 and Rayudu has scored 322 Runs till today 19th May 2012. They both are the highest scorer from Mumbai Indians. Sachin could get consider in top 20 highest scorer of IPL 5 but definitely he is not in top 10. harbhajan is the biggest burden of MI. He needs a permanent kick from Indian team.

He has also played 4 games less, he is returning from injury and he is old.

Everyone knows Sachin is there only for his brand name and crowd pulling abilites. This is also the reason why Ambani has and will continue to retain him paying huge sums to BCCI and Sachin. Sachin does not even seem to be interested in playing' date=' to be honest. His body language and even his involvement while fielding where he is usually very animated, are clear indications.[/quote'] yes. I dont know why he cant just retire. What is he trying to achieve ?

He's just playing for Ambanis (family friend)' date=' Not for money or Love of game..[/quote'] He is playing because of his love for cricket and mumbai and not for money. But he should understand that he is not suited for T20. You need to have a completely different mindset for T20 compared to ODI's which he has played for most of his career.

Lol... Only 2 matches prior he made a blistering 46 ball 76.. and lol as if he was striking at lower than 100 in the last match.. check the scorecard.. this has not been a good IPL for him, but AFAIC, it's nice bit of net practise to stay in form and make some good $$$
