Premium will be charged from you, you will place the bet and if you lose the bet, you will be paid the amount lost. Suppose you are interested in insuring say 100 millions on RR. I will charge premium say 15 millions, an you can place 85 mills on RR. SO in case DC wins, I will pay back 85 mills to you.
