The Outsider Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 Where is any other issue like Ram temple in this country? At that very location.
bulbul Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 At that very location. Thats why its mentioned in manifesto opinion of everyone....if no one wants no temple..
The Outsider Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 Thats why its mentioned in manifesto opinion of everyone....if no one wants no temple.. Why not mentioned about opinion of everyone to re-construct Babri Masjid?
bulbul Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 Why not mentioned about opinion of everyone to re-construct Babri Masjid? Becauase siginficance of place...i dont think moving mosque sonewhere else really makes a difference to muslims. But for Hindu beievers that place is important.
adi B Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 sonia going to imam begging for muslim votes is all fine but BJP including ram mandir in their manifesto (which is almost a non issue for bjp currently) that too adhering to articles laid by constitution is soo wrong!!
Raghav_12 Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 Becauase siginficance of place...i dont think moving mosque sonewhere else really makes a difference to muslims. But for Hindu beievers that place is important. Hindus don't give a damn unless BJP persuades and misleads them to give a damn.
The Outsider Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 Becauase siginficance of place...i dont think moving mosque sonewhere else really makes a difference to muslims. But for Hindu beievers that place is important. That contradicts Uniform Civil Code.
bulbul Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 That contradicts Uniform Civil Code. It won't as long as it was done with consent of all concerned parties.
The Outsider Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 It won't as long as it was done with consent of all concerned parties. Why not take consent of all concerned parties to re-construct Babri Masjid?
bulbul Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 Why not take consent of all concerned parties to re-construct Babri Masjid? I already gave you reason.
The Outsider Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 I already gave you reason. I already replied to your reason.
bulbul Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 I already replied to your reason. I didnt asked any reply. Not sure whats problem here...as long as consent is asked everything is fine.
The Outsider Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 I didnt asked any reply. Not sure whats problem here...as long as consent is asked everything is fine. I already told you what the problem is.
bulbul Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 I already told you what the problem is. Thats your opinion. In my opinion its not a problem.
seedhi Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 Uniform civil code and secularism go hand in hand with criminalizing homosexuals and Ram temple construction in BJP speak.Uniform Civil Code has nothing to do with criminal law. Uniform Civil Code which is in the Directive Principles of State Policy - is about personal laws regarding marriage, inheritance, divorce etc for different religions. For example, not too long ago there were anti-sodomy laws in the USA along with a Uniform Civil Code. And the issue of Ram Temple is totally different from Uniform Civil Code. It is essentially a historical property dispute - on which there has been a High Court judgment dividing up the property between Hindus and Muslims.
someone Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 Some are just like a broken tape, struck at the same spot.
someone Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 As much as the hypocrites would like to argue, the overall answer to BJP manifesto is positive. A good precise, concise writing with solid knowledge and interesting ideas. Compare that to AAP who want only full power without accountability and then Congress who again recycled the same old ideas.
dial_100 Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 Until we learn to see Ram in Rahim and Rahim in Ram, nothing is going to change. Mere mention of Ram or Rahim creates negative impact on something or someone? No wonder I feel that I am in minority. :((:((:((

Mere mention of Ram or Rahim creates negative impact on something or someone? No wonder I feel that I am in minority. :((:((:(( It's nothing new. Mentioning anything about Hindus is communal while being silent for Hindus is secular. Take an example about the 2002 riots, complete silence about Hindu victims. Not a single interview or mention about these Hindu victims. And in manifesto, it's clearly stated to be with our Indian constitution. So that really shouldn't be a problem for anybody. But yet, we are back with the short minded approach of our secularists.

Hope all communities take this as an opportunity to reform themselves and amend their personal laws if they do not want to adhere to a uniform code
