vvvslaxman Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 . . . . . . . . 6 . . . . . . . This is Chopra's last few balls.
asterix Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 This lazy Chopra is wasting so many deliveries. Test match like batting...
Trichromatic Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 This 4/6 or nothing approach by Chopra is unlikely to succeed at higher levels coz you build an innings by raking 1s & 2s and not by hitting boundaries. Any decent accurate bowler can suffocate such batsman easily.
Ultimate_Game Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 8 dot balls followed by a 6 now another 5 dot balls I know man  I would rather e take six singles than hit a 6 and then play 7 dot balls. This approach of 6/4 or nothing is not feasible.
vvvslaxman Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 I know man  I would rather e take six singles than hit a 6 and then play 7 dot balls. This approach of 6/4 or nothing is not feasible. It affects the other batsman as well.
Trichromatic Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 This lazy Chopra is wasting so many deliveries. Test match like batting... Who plays like this in test matches?
Ultimate_Game Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 Now Chopra is undoing all the good work he did till now. He needed to be patient at the start but now surely he has to be a bit more +ve and start rotating strike.
jind Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 crap, the title misled me ..thought it's coming on thursday. anybody PM me link please, usual
vvvslaxman Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 Everyone is calling Baba a terrific slip fielder.. have you guys seen his fielding? Man this guy would be gold if he can translate this potential at the international level.
vvvslaxman Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 Now Chopra is undoing all the good work he did till now. He needed to be patient at the start but now surely he has to be a bit more +ve and start rotating strike. He wasn't patient because he wanted to be patient. That is the only mode he has. "patient mode" :cantstop:
Ultimate_Game Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 Even when we hit a 4 or a 6 in the over still the over doesn't go for many runs as othe rthan one boundar there's hardly any scoring in that over :((
BeautifulGame Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 In Aparagith we seem to have found a genuine allrounder.Hopefully he continue to bat in the top order for Tamil nadu
Ultimate_Game Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 He wasn't patient because he wanted to be patient. That is the only mode he has. "patient mode" :cantstop: I guess all the Chopras bat the same way :gigle: First Akaash and now Prem... oops Prashant Chopra :haha:
vvvslaxman Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 In Aparagith we seem to have found a genuine allrounder.Hopefully he continue to bat in the top order for Tamil nadu yea. it is rare to find a bowler who can field in India. Ojha, Ashwin, Praveen, Nehra.. list is long.
Ultimate_Game Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 chopra is a terrible runner as well. He hardly runs. How will he get any practice to get better?
Ultimate_Game Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 Prashant's quota for next 10 balls is over. :cantstop:
