the more u sweat' date= the more chance of burning fat..and yeah drinking milk also helps in burning fat, pretty useful eh!!
does not even make sense. Sweating due to exercise != sweating to keep your body temperature down (in hot/humid weather) ...So, how much of extra sweating (in hot/humid weather) that is due to exercising (fat loss) and not external weather - is a different matter. Even though, sweating is a good indicator of how hard you are working out.. but if most of the sweating is due to weather (temperature/humidity etc..), it may not be pure fat loss. So, (in hot/humid weather) more sweat gives you false feeling of losing more calories(fat), which is more due to body trying to regulate your temperature. On the other hand, if you work out in colder weather (and are able to sweat!). Your body will already have to burn significant calories, just to keep your body temperature above atmospheric temperature - and any additional calories lost due to exercising - as indicated by extra sweating - would be pure fat/calorie loss. So - (while exercising) - amount of sweating in cold weather >> similar amount of sweating in hot weather.. (in terms of fat/calorie burned).

in simpler words - water loss in an attempt to keep body cool down in hot/humid weather resulting in seating != water+heat produced as a byproduct of aerobic respiration (in other words - fat burning) resulting in sweating.

bmi is a pretty accurate scale you idiots, stop cribbing about how it doesn't work for athletes or bodybuilders, 99% of earths population are not athletes or bodybuilders. its a scale which works and can be used to gauge the overall health for large populations

BMI should be considered only if you have never lifted weights.
There are people who tend to develop a very strong and muscular body without ever developing weights. Some people who do heavy physical labor for a living also develop muscles.

No it is not so i am returning the complement. It is supposed to tell who is fat who is not.. Does it actually do ? NO. Say a 5' 10" guy who weighs 165 lb with a waist size of 34 another guy who is 5'10" who weighs 175 lb with a waist size of 33 Who is fat? According to BMI later is fatter because it uses just 2 parameters .. Height and weight. It doesn't take into account how the weight is distributed.
