The viewing experience was quite as annoying when he was ridiculously pro-India as well. I know of a bunch of fellow Indians that would have orgasmic reactions to Sachin's desert storm highlights. Heck, even today. Can't have it both ways. Yes he is biased. But he made a very valid point in the first ODI, when they referred Sehwag's catch to the third ump - you don't want to use technology in the game, but yeah sure go upstairs conveniently enough. I thought it was right on the money. When kiss-***** Robin Jackmans abound the world over, praising India and the BCCI at the drop of a hat, it is nice to have some perspective from the other side.
