Bowlers like Dinda should not even be in the A team and here they are getting a free ride with teh indian team :facepalm: I would rather watch Ishant, Munaf and Nehra bowl coz at least on occasions they do look like intl bowlers. At least on their good days they can make the difference but right now it's simply frustrating to watch the trundlers like Dinda steaming in like a train, jumping like a pole vaulter and bowling like a baboon :mad: Seriously watching Dinda bowl his short and wide stuff or his full-tosses dil karta hai ki BC Dinda ki g***d mein danda chada dun :mad: I am sure Kohli would have done exactly that if we had lost today's match.

I am convinced that following bowlers are the only real bowlers we have today and we will have to persist with them till they get it right. We have to look to the future. There is no plan B to go to. Ishant Sharma Yadav Irfan ( Bowling allrounder ) Sangwan Aaron ( Probably ) Ashwin Bhajji Ojha Zaheer has to be rested. And we basically have to pick 4 from the above lot. We really don't have much to work with here

Old guy Posted August 4, 2012 Posted August 4, 2012 u did same thing with yadav tht guy got set sanga out.. was dropped after game in which whole team flopped tell me wh u wanted him dropped ? while gr8 rohit is still in team... plz explain logic of our team and even some fans keep playing rohit while we have batters like tiwary sitting in dug out but drop yadav when next man in here is dinda... with no potential yadav does has potential right ? got 2 set batsmen in chase which is rare for indian bowler..much better then now this dinda ? huh / and maybe ur forgetting how crap nehra was in his last year before world cup got hammered against nz,south africa (on gr8 wickets for bowlers ) ishant in odis ? please.. if ur willing o try him give yadav decent run both are similar.. ishant is injured too munaf.. dont get me started! tbh after 22 bad matches u will end up on idea of now playing any bowlers at all :cantstop: only thing we can do is (i said this in other thread too u did not replied ) to pick up bowlers who can improve and bak them up like we backed nohit .. wont hurt one bit when back up is like vinay and dinda.. while picking roht does waste tiwary and rahane think abt it.. if till next year even if they improve to 2-50 bowlers good job and we will be on track for next world cup i like yadav and shami.. both can improve and be world class.. an we say this abt nehra (he wont play next world cup ) ishant.. too needs to be sorted out but playing him matches does not help with yadav i have seen tht atleast in tests he learnt how to get wickets

I don't feel very hopeful when I see Nehra (at this age), Munaf (hahaha) or Ishant bowling. They would have all gone at 7 per over here and wouldn't have even picked a wicket. Maybe I have a little more hope for Aaron.
