ravishingravi Posted August 20, 2012 Posted August 20, 2012 The courage and hunger that they have shown today is remarkable. It is something you expect the No. 1 to show when they have to fight to protect their ranking. Inspite of beng down and out and against the odds in last day they have shown the bulldog spirit. Something Indians could have done much more of. Irrespective of result you have my respect for last day perfomance.:hatsoff: But I ll gloat when you lose.:icflove:
EnterTheVoid Posted August 20, 2012 Posted August 20, 2012 Hate to admiration in the space of 48 hours? Wokai :bebored:

I would expect us to put up a fight as well when playing at home. We all saw what they did when they had to fight it out outside Eng :giggle:

Spiderguy252 Posted August 20, 2012 Posted August 20, 2012 Yeah, exactly. Let them remain #1....... ..........and then come to India.

No doubt but my point was that it's easier to fight when playing at home. Just the fact that English had to fight at home shows what an ordinary #1 side they are.
Sid Posted August 20, 2012 Posted August 20, 2012 Haha **** the appreciation, not number no.1 anymore ,lets laugh :hahaha:

Sure England is playing at home and they are home tigers, but I really doubt that they would have floundered as we did in England and Australia. They atleast would have prepared better and put their best efforts.
Spiderguy252 Posted August 20, 2012 Posted August 20, 2012 Appreciation or not, didn't win. Got belted 2-0 on home soil. Got whitewashed 3-0 away. End of.

Number Posted August 20, 2012 Posted August 20, 2012 Time to kick Strauss out and get a new opener in who can bat.
BeautifulGame Posted August 20, 2012 Posted August 20, 2012 Lost 2-0 at home. Some fight :hysterical: Imagine if they had drawn 1-1.It would have been termed the greatest comeback in the history of mankind

Still remember Zak backing to leg and throwing his wkt away time and again instead of trying to fight it out
