panther Posted August 28, 2012 Posted August 28, 2012 1 has permanent place.. other is making into team.. and see game again when asad was batting at start it was tought to get runs then 2nd change bowlers came and both akmal and asad played very well then asad got out when starc came back and umar akmal too stopped making runs but was there any need for him to come down the track and play that shot?

Lord Posted August 28, 2012 Posted August 28, 2012 but was there any need for him to come down the track and play that shot? yes it was powerplay.the first instinct is to attack if it goes wrong n u lose a wicket, its on others to consolidate
Old guy Posted August 28, 2012 Posted August 28, 2012 but was there any need for him to come down the track and play that shot? i agree with this criticism but it was power play and both of them were set..it was just badly executed shot
Utalk Posted August 28, 2012 Posted August 28, 2012 Hafeez takes out another lefty. He is a very underrated off spinner. His control is amazing. Gambhir is a quality player of spin but struggles against Hafeez which shows how good Hafeez is.
Crookbond Posted August 28, 2012 Posted August 28, 2012 Can't Pakis understand the difference between a bowler and the batsman? I mean why should Hafeez open the batting is beyond my understanding.
maniac Posted August 28, 2012 Posted August 28, 2012 major injury i think Yup....You are right...just checked....finger injury

Good one day bowler and must say he's very smart unlike most others in his team - no doubt they call him Praaa-fess-er. But, I doubt he will have the same impact in Test matches though.

But' date=' I doubt he will have the same impact in Test matches though.[/quote'] Even in tests he will trouble lefties. He consistently got cook and Strauss out in last series.
