I'd hate to vent on the internet to some strangers but I guess its the only thing I can do... I don't feel like I can really talk to anyone. Basically refer to the title. I was away this week to visit my family in Manchester and my girlfriend was back in London. Four days ago they were out partying and then she went to his and yeah, the rest is history. I seriously don't know what to do. I don't know how I can cope and I feel my world has been crushed. He's been my best friend since I was 10. I've known her since I was about 14. Seriously don't know what to do.

A. Even though this is heartbreaking for u, u should not take responsibility for her mistake. Whether or not the two of you were having relationship problems prior to her indiscretion is irrelevant. B. Don't let your self-esteem hit rock bottom. She cheated 'coz she's an evil b1tch not 'coz you were lacking something. C. Most importantly. NEVER EVER GIVE HER A SECOND CHANCE. She will probably come back crying to you after a while, begging u to forgive her....tell her to F off. D. Tell that A.s.s-hole friend...he broke the bro code...and he doesn't deserve to be anyone's friend. Also tell him karma is a b1tch and one day will come back to him. E. Cut them out of your life completely. Take couple of days off to chill and then get back on your horse and focus on your life. In a way u should thank God that you found out about her character before any long term commitment. F. Don't do anything stupid in the heat of the moment that could be incriminating in the future in case something happens to either one of them. You don't want to ruin your future, career over some skank.

Ouch! This is one of those things where I might stab a person on the back. The guy i.e. Ditch her and don't let that guy get away with a sorry. Positive is that you got to know them both. Or Talk to the guy aswell. 8/10 guys would do anything to get laid. It could be her who made the first movie.

So sad...why are you wondering what to do?? obviously this trash of a girlfriend isnt worth u crying over...yes the betrayal is heartbreaking.. in life you learn, choose the people who you keep close with, that includes family n relatives, sometimes you have too make tough decisions in life, let your circle of friends know whats happened and just dont give ur ex n ur ex mate any time of the day, just ignore them! They will realise the ultimate betrayal!! But If was me in my younger days....... would have given him a good punjabi beating! p.s dont get involved in relationships too young, enjoy n have fun..u enjoy life much more, when ur mature and ready for a serious relationship you will know...late 20s!

In all honesty the mate hurts me much more than the girl. We've been through so much together. When i was around 15 and some local 'gangsters' were bullyijg me, he was the only one with the balls to stand up to them and help me. When i was at uni and ran out of money for a while he paid for everything and told me i never have to pay him back. Our friendship circles have changed but the only constant has been us two. We lived together, went to same primary, secondary school and univrrsity. We were there for each other through everything, when his parents divorced i was there to help him through it, when i was in hospital due to a car crash he was by my side for three days whilst i wasnt conscious, arguing to the nurses and causing a stir because they couldnt let him stay ovenight. We were like brothers. These arent things i can just let go, i just want to know why he would do that to me. It hurts like mad He was the one who told me the truth today and admitted he felt ashamed. I seriously have no clue as to what to do

Why are you discussing such personal things with perfectly random strangers?
That's the beauty of the internet. Don't see anything wrong with it.

tRBoS.jpg and get rid of the douche bag friend too...........
you gotta follow this .. whether you like it or not plus forget and forgive them :).You cannot let both of them play havoc in your life ,and ruin your daily life routine .You will have a tough time if you keep in touch with both . keep on hanging because time is a great healer .

Hmm...looks like you both have been there for each other in rough times. Talk to him. Could be a serious lapse of judgment on his part. May be you will have the heart to forgive. Good and true friends are really hard to come by in this world of selfishness.
