Old guy Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 unadkat's hand is not totally behind the ball reminds me of ishant or maybe he was trying some variation :hmmm:
Magneto Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 U-nadkat bowling to U-kaul :hmmm: Saurashtra surely has a good coach who's made a small team so competitive. Playing without 2 top stars and still giving the best team in the Ranjis a good fight.
Old guy Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 UT Kaul as good as Sangakkara ? :hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical:
rkt.india Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 :agree: Kohli is easily the best batsman in this team from the looks of it. He is at at least decisive in his footwork and knows what he is doing. Let's see how his plays pace. :hmmm: Will average more than 350 this season whenever he gets out. :omg: Kohli always had good technique, front or back. What he was lacking was temperament to play long innings that is why he had not great scores before and was dropped and rightly so.
Lord Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 did nay one here knew kaul is lefty? :P yes I did:secret:
India-KXIP fan Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 Kohli always had good technique' date=' front or back. What he was lacking was temperament to play long innings that is why he had not great scores before and was dropped and rightly so.[/quote'] Interdasting
rkt.india Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 yes I did:secret: I have seen him play before too.
rkt.india Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 Interdasting Yes. He would play good short innings without much trouble and suddenly play a rash shot from nowhere and got out that is how his batting was.
Lord Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 Yes. He would play good short innings without much trouble and suddenly play a rash shot from nowhere and got out that is how his batting was. yeah that was his problem in U19WC .seems to be lot more patient now:two_thumbs_up:
Magneto Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 Yes. He would play good short innings without much trouble and suddenly play a rash shot from nowhere and got out that is how his batting was. No problems/rash shots/dropped catches today. Has had 2-3 awkward moments against the spinners but that's it.
Magneto Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 yeah that was his problem in U19WC .seems to be lot more patient now:two_thumbs_up: Still averaged 43.6 in that World Cup. He is gonna be the better Kohli anyway. :beee:
Cevno Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 Anybody see the similarity between Mandeep Singh and Manish Pandey ? Both are similarly built and play in a similar way with not the most solid defensive techniques. Right now Manish Pandey >>>>>>>>>>> Mandeep because he scores crucial runs every time. On another note, Vishal Joshi turned the ball well today. Action wise almost looks like a copy of Sehwag though, and not a full time spinner. Just takes 2 steps and doesn't put in much effort yet turns the ball.
Cevno Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 :two_thumbs_up: Wouldn't actually want a keeper in because he's from Punjab though it's good for trolling purposes. :cantstop: He kept poorly against spinners apparently. How is CM Gautam's keeping? :hmmm: Agreed bowler Kaul is good prospect but Kohli was had a very poor record in first 10 games. Too early to say anything about him... Sandeep is obviously a good prospect as well. Don't forget Ladda either, who looked good for a Leggie. If he performs well 1 more season he has the easiest run into Team India. Piyush Chawla even played last match. :giggle:
Cevno Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 Punjab are throwing it away, WTF ?:giggle: Now Kohli has a brainfart.
