Today i went out to get some drinks and stumbled upon this particular category of beer. Did some Googling and it seems that this "India Pale Ale" was quite popular in india/england during colonial days. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/India_Pale_Ale Anyway what made me to share this is because of its cover image. Warning: Not for ganesha bhaktas and religiously sensitive peoples :giggle: 20121124203645.jpg

Whatever the case, Bush said the brewery received some complaints about the label and it was the subject of a lawsuit that was eventually decided on by the California Supreme Court. The court ruled that the label fell within the brewery's free speech rights, according to Bush, and the case was dropped. Nonetheless, Bush said the brewery opted to change the label to avoid any further offense, and ultimately had local artist Duane Flatmo drop two arms from the elephant-like image and remove the mark of Buddha from the creature's forehead.
I hope one day in my country, I hope.
