Only prefer players who are not keen on a T20 career and concentrate on longer version/test cricket like Pujara. Too much T20/IPL affects players' technique, temperament and makes them less quality players.

I would still continue with the plan for turners from day 1 philosophy. KP played a blinder, I doubt he will repeat this again in the series. For next series, 1st game vs Aus, I would like to see: Chand, Rahane, Puji, Tendu, Kohli ©, Tiwary, Saha, Ashwin, Ojha, Shami, Yadav. Abit radical but I see no other option, especially with regard to captaincy. Chand's pick is abit premature but based on instinct. It's a very inexperience team but selectors will need to be bold. And if plan fails miserably in the first two games then they still call back Gambhir, Zaheer, and Sehwag.

Chand hasnt even proved himself in Ranji. He just did well in Under 19 WC. He still needs to do a lot before he gets called into India ODI side, forget test side.

We need to fast track someone. It's only Chand who is unproven, whilst the rest have all been playing Ranji and been on recent India A tours.
