same team that was in the 1st test with 1 change.. drop yuvraj , play ashwin in his place and get a SLA spinner.. most of the english batsmen are right handers so getting the ball away from them will be effective.. the ideal choice would be a leg spinner but since we dont have anyone we need SLA ( harmeet singh , murali karthik , iqbal abdhulla )

I am more interested to know what will be the pitches for the final 2 tests.I reckon we will lose this series 2 -1.Our spinners have looked quite ordinary since that 1st innings at Motera

srt is not getting dropped only bhajji or yuvraj. England should go with 3 seamers + monty and swann drop bairstow for the extra bowler( apparently eden helps the swing bowlers).

But the ball will stay really low later on. Having seamers for the 2nd innings is a huge loss.

Fair enough blame Dhoni the captain for defeat (although selectors are main culprits) but dropping Dhoni as a wk/batsman doesnt make sense, who else are you going to put in parthiv patel? No one else would better his 35-40 test average plus w/o captaincy he can concentrate on his batting. Picking UV for this series i never understood, his comeback from cancer and ability to bowl seems like the reasons for selections rather than looking how he has failed numerous times in tests. Additionally my third spinner would have been Rahul Sharma not sure why ppl think he is crap whenever he has played for India he has been accurate and bowled well ie V WI. Also Kohli has flopped in every test series i can remember. Sehwag Gambhir Pujara SRT Tiwary Rahane Dhoni Ashwin Ojha Zak Umesh That is a realistic selection for 3rd test, cant see any major changes taking place mid way through a test series. Gambhir and Ashwin v Australia need to be looked at.
