^ Yes and Angreji beat too, by Honey Singh was out last year I think. In any case Im not a huge fan of that but Jugni is a a good song which could have made the cut somewhere but its not originally a filmi gaana

It is actually a paki song from many years ago (2 years ago was just coke studio version), but bollywood mein to abhi aaya hai bhai. @Sooda: Jugni is not just a 'good song'. It is a proper epic (especially the coke studio waala)

Meh :P I agree it is a rather good tune ... Perhaps I can wedge it in somewhere... I shall mull over it On a related note the music of Cocktail is very good. Arguably Bollywood album of the year

Hmm.. not sure any of those would get in sorry.. dont rate item type numbers... Teri Yaadon Se from Blood Money is one I like. Not actually heard 'Jo tere sang'. By 'Majnu' do you mean 'Pungi'? Its ok, but not top 50 worthy...

Take that lungies...[/quote'] Youre right, perhaps the Title of the thread can be changed by a Mod to 'The best Bollywood Songs of the year' please.. only reason I did not do that was because in the past there was one guy who hated the term bollywood...ha! Also 'Best Hindi songs' does not quite cover it because some are bhojpuri I guess. I dont know any songs from any other regional film industry though Im supposedly of Chenaiite background
