All it needed was a press release a couple of days back saying Dhoni, Pujara and others are not playing Irani Trophy and will not be playing Corporate Trophy either.

Or maybe, under the growing clamor they would have refused to play?
saneindian Posted January 31, 2013 Author Posted January 31, 2013 Dhoni isn't ready to give Shami a go in tests yet and clearly said so in as many words after the 5th ODI. Only way Shami can get into the test 11 is by doing well in the Irani Trophy.
