US is already having there base now in comes china over a highly important location @ Gwadar and from there they can take care of India/Iran/Afg/Middle East and also can use Inland Passage to China. how can they take care of india from a civilian port?

Even the Gwadar port, the pakistani originally gave it to the singaporean people to run. It did not work out so china stepped in more as a favor and a future option if their routes to the malaccas strait does not work out.

China cannot challenge india in the arabian sea or for that matter the bay of bengal. It does not simply became a navy v navy fight, it becomes a navy v navy+ air force fight.

Punish Pakistan and their war in Afghanistan will get flipped upside down ... if it isn't already there. Besides ... all this anti-Iranian stuff is to appease the Israel and the Zionists ... the average American doesn't really give a crap about Iran or where it sets up oil refineries.
