I already mentioned that we should give him credit for it. That said, relatively he went for his customary century and that has been the problem I have with Ojha.

Abhi kal Jadeja ardh shatak maar diye toh pichle innings ki wikit ki importance thodi na badh jaayegi. Hughes was struggling against spin and hadn't scored a run in like 71 balls I guess? Also, the delivery which got Hughes out was a normal delivery. Credit to Ojha for taking his wicket but getting Clarke out on a golden duck and Warner as well is totally different. In addition, it's important not to go for 3.5 RPO and notch up a "century".

He took 2 wickets (1 less than Jadeja) but that included that of Hughes who had scored 0 runs of the past 71 deliveries against spin. That should surely be counted as more important than Clarke who has scored the most runs than any other Australian batsman in the series. Not to forget bowling at 3.5 RPO for 28 overs and conceding 98 runs. Not even Ishant Sharma could match up to those figures of the great majesty his high holiness Lord Pragyan Ojha.

There are always more pricey and less pricey wickets in a batting line up like Pujara who got a bad decision was more pricey than Jaddu for India and Australia both and India would have exchanged the decision of Pujara to Jaddu. It's understandable to put an asterisk on tailenders like Jadeja, but top order batsmen can always hurt you. Just because Ponting's record in India is trash does not mean that there is an asterisk on his dismissals in India.

Hughes neither has reputation nor was on current form. So, the worth of his wicket is lesser than Clarke.
