1983-2011 Posted March 8, 2013 Posted March 8, 2013 BJP MP Yogi Adityanath today came out in support of controversial Kunda MLA Raja Bhaiya (Raghuraj Pratap Singh) alleging there is a conspiracy to frame him in the DSP Zia-ul-Haque murder case, and warned of an agitation if he is arrested. "There is an attempt to shield the real culprits by ordering a CBI probe into the case, as the incident with the DSP was actually just an accident," Adityanath told reporters. There is a conspiracy to frame Raja Bhaiya in the case and if he is arrested we will launch an agitation, he said. Condemning the murder of Hindu Yuva Vahini leader of Ambedkarnagar, Adityanath said that every effort would be made to ensure justice to him. "We are prepared for holding an agitation from the roads to the Parliament for the cause and if required court's help would also be taken," Adityanath said. Wonder if he competes against a comparable personality. The OP might want to note the sickular alliance between CON-gress & SP that allowed Raja Bhaiya to carry on the business as usual, but that sounds like too much of reality. There's also the problem of govts treating the police depts as their armed militia and not a law & order agency, but its so much easier for madamji to announce "we are ashamed of blah blah" rather than work on some actual reform in law enforcement.

Here is one of the latest incident done by this scoundrel which I have seen. In front of Gorakhpur Railway station, there use to be a small temple. He along with the temple priest has occupied more space nearby temple and made a big boundary. When the other hotel and shop owners objected and said this temple boundary is illegal, Adityanath turned whole of the incident into Hindu aastha ka prashna and no one has been able to touch temple boundary even after High Court order. Now he is asking 10 lakh from each shop keepers to do a mandwali. Anyways in UP caste plays a big factor and Thakurs are the biggest vote bank of Yogi so he could not have remained quite.

The longer we put religion before common sense the more such stupid things would continue happening. The law of the land shouldn't cater to any religion or society. Your temple, church, mosque etc. are inside your own houses - do whatever you want there.
