Cricketics Posted September 20, 2007 Posted September 20, 2007 Aus are doing justice to their world championz tag, 11-3 lanka.. good start for aus jaysurya, tharanga, jawardena all goner here
varun Posted September 20, 2007 Posted September 20, 2007 Damn.. The Aussies have their A-Game on tonight
Mr. Wicket Posted September 20, 2007 Posted September 20, 2007 Except for Stodge, who has dropped a catch off Sangakkara. That was a sitter even RP Singh might have grabbed.
sandtest Posted September 20, 2007 Posted September 20, 2007 Lankans are getting down day by day...their batting is sinking. In absence of Murali, Aussies will not have much trouble dealing with Lank bowlers.
Cricketics Posted September 20, 2007 Author Posted September 20, 2007 another one gone.. 26-4.. lee involved in all those wkts
fineleg Posted September 20, 2007 Posted September 20, 2007 Aus as usual in clutch games playing top notch cricket. Take a bow to the aussies :adore:
fineleg Posted September 20, 2007 Posted September 20, 2007 for ( ; ; ) { AUSTRALIA in Big matches == :adore: }
Mr. Wicket Posted September 20, 2007 Posted September 20, 2007 43/7. And jesus, what a fielding effort this is (with the exception of Stodge).
Cricketics Posted September 20, 2007 Author Posted September 20, 2007 omg what a catchhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh awesome clarke is awesome fielder..
Holysmoke Posted September 20, 2007 Posted September 20, 2007 Aus as usual in clutch games playing top notch cricket. Take a bow to the aussies :adore: how? how? how? how do they manage it????
zubinpepsi Posted September 20, 2007 Posted September 20, 2007 good tht these overrated bunch of losers r put in place... this SL team can demolish only minnows.... they cant pull a hair when it comes to big teams... they r fit to play only against banglastans, zimboks n kenyaa
zubinpepsi Posted September 20, 2007 Posted September 20, 2007 SL has been crushed by the aussies...:two_thumbs_up:
RockStar Posted September 20, 2007 Posted September 20, 2007 Aussies win...:thumbs_up: it had to happen with srilanka... they played on belters at joburg...and its very difficult to adapt so quickly to the pace of the cape town pitch as we all saw what happened with the aussies in thier first match...although i never expected them to be 44 for 7:omg_smile:
Donny Posted September 20, 2007 Posted September 20, 2007 Gilchrist (31 n.o.) and Matt Hayden (58 n.o. from 38 balls) cruised to a 10 wicket victory with 9.4 overs to spare.
coffee_rules Posted September 20, 2007 Posted September 20, 2007 SL, done and dusted. Consistency in crunch matches is what you hate about Aus. Aus is the only team reaching semis with 2 losses. This is like the 1999 WC. They might meet SA in semis and cruise to Finals. Pak will meet NZ/Ind and anything can happen.
kumble_rocks Posted September 20, 2007 Posted September 20, 2007 Well Played Australia . Thank you once again for proving some posters wrong here.
