No, India needs to focus more on players who've put in the hard work. Being just another kid with 'talunt' is irrelevant to me. We should stick the likes of Unmukt Chand, Jiwanjyot Singh, Harmeet Singh and the rest into FC cricket and not consider them for nation duty until they have finished atleast 3 seasons of FC cricket and have the numbers to compete for national duty. Indian cricket is not the personal fiefs of upstart kids with talent and no experience or proven credentials.
