Total area of Tamil Nadu = 130, 058 square kms. You couldnt do jack to India even if you team up with China. A few nukes down your way will silence you for good. Besides its proven than when the pool of players is sufficiently large to produce skilled players and it is optimally small so that international players play in all domestic competitions then the countries are at an advantage. Given the disadvantage of such a low ' international players per capita' in domestic competitions indian states are doing much better than srilanka.
