Now as everyone knows, Ganeshran is an esteemed poster (Many would agree if I said he is THE esteemed poster) on ICF. But when I see the way he is being treated by his own franchise fans and its boss (Ram the tyrant), a franchise into which he has put years of loyalty and blood and sweat, my heart goes out to him. Can you imagine any other franchise boss, ignoring such an esteemed, intelligent, hard working member and apppoint an upstart who is not even from Chennai as a mascot? How does one take such an insult lying down? Its not only Ganeshran's pride, but its the pride of every ICF member which has been shattered by this random decision. We ICFers unitedly protest against such an obvious biased move Now I dont know what kind of sneaky, underhand, back deal was struck between the current CSK mascot and the boss and what favors and bribes were curried. All I know is Ganeshran got the short end of the stick. Being the amazing person he is, he has taken it all in his stride, never complaining, still the hardest working fan of the CSK franchise. But what for? Have some pride Ganeshran, stand up for yourself! Be brave, every ICF member is behind you. With all the love and affection we have in our hearts for you, we cannot stand by and let you be insulted in such a brutal manner. Hence, this is an open invitation from us, for you to join our MI side. This is a side which will repsect you like you deserve. We will stand by you and heed every advice you have for us. You will be the face of MI. Of course, if you join us, we will also share our riches. In due season there will call at your pantry, elephants laden with gold, and camels bearing precious stones and rare spices. Also apes, ivory and peacocks. And almonds, lots and lots of them Here are the pros and cons to help you decide for yourself. Pros of joining MI 1) You will get the respect, admiration and fan following you deserve. There are scores of nubile, young woman carrying placards of your name with lines of dotted hearts all around it. In pink colors. All waiting for you to join MI 2) Chance to follow a truly international franchise 3) God himself is part of this franchise. We all know how much you admire Him, what are you waiting for, come to the light. Let go of false materialism and idols with feet of clay. You will be much more at peace with yourself Cons of being in CSK 1) You are a great honest guy. I know in your heart, you are extremely concerned about the cheap, underhand, illegal tactics used by CSK to get their dirty hands on a cup they don't deserve. You have always known it was not right but because of your extremely loyalty, stood by and watched it happen. You don't have to do this anymore, you don't have to live a lie and compromise on your ideals. Leave the cheaters behind and come to our honest franchise 2) How many years will you continue to let people walk all over you? Tomorrow, when a new member signs up in ICF and within a week he is appointed a senior position over yourself, what will you do? You know that your loyalty and dedication is ignored and will continue to be ignored by the tyrants running the franchise on ICF and young, non-chennaites will always be put ahead of you. How long can you wait and suffer? Do the right thing, come to MI!

People dont like talking in front of him but there are so many PMs exchanged about his plight.. Hope he learns to stand for himself and go somehwhere he is respected
