DP Do not have any evidence against sreesanth so they had to take this step as confession is admissible as evidence in this act.But MCOCA Will not stand in higher courts as you need to have booked earlier also and involced in organized crime.But It will take time and he will rot in jail for another month .It would serve as a good deterance to future fixers.
