Why its true' date=' isn't it?[/quote'] It is, but these are people who have a go at SRT for and they grab on to Dravid to support their comments, not because they are a die heart fan of either of these two but you sound more like you are against Dravid only because you are a SRT fan.

Looks like a made up story. It was too late by then' date=' anyway.[/quote'] Lol, yes because players were sharing their phone records and bookie conversations with Sachin, lol.

No' date=' I am just against Dravid fans, most of whom took pot-shots against Sachin but don't see their double standards when supporting Dravid in exactly the same way Sachin fans supported him[/quote'] No one other than you is guilty of consistently using this sad and scary chapter of indian cricket to push their hate agenda. Even the sachin, rahul and saurav fanboys know that this is not the right time to do it.

Please see post above yours to see a live example of what I mean

You started the hate didn't you? and none of them are close to the character assassination you start in every thread where something good or defensive is said about rahul dravid.

Yeah, welcome to your world. How does it feel when the show is on the other foot? At least i was targeting the people who support Dravid blindly, please check some of the other posts in this thread

Just to be clear, I am a big fan of Dravid as a cricketer and person. But he does seem to have a bit of a martyr complex. Everyone is flawed, and am just calling it like I see it - that is all.

I think Sreesanth disappointed him the most.He has always supported sreesanth and even brought him when he was injured.Sreesanth is a moron for doing this to dravid,If he did it.

I think we must understand that everyone is not the same. For example, Dravid may be a more emotional person; FWIW I think Sachin is too. They may get betrayed or hurt pretty easily. I agree with CG regarding Sreesanth - that may have been the straw which might have made him say what he did.

An expression of extreme disappointment and betrayal is legit; the bereavement part is over-the-top jazbaati.

Who knows what goes on in dressing rooms? I saw a YouTube video the other day where Tendulkar cried during Ganguly's retirement, SA players literally went dull when Boucher was injured during the England tour, Jade Dernbach confessed to feeling 'worthless' in a middle of a full blooded ODI game in Mohali after bowling some overs due to a passing away of his friend, Tendulkar is still hurt over Mike Deness incident (he refused to talk about it in an interview 10 years later), Ganguly dissed Chappell in the commentary box when Boycott teased a bit out of him last year, Federer cried after losing to Nadal in AO 2009 this when he was undisputedly the best player on the circuit and one of the greats ever, Kapil Dev was once almost refused to bowl an over during the 1989 tour of West Indies because the umpires refused to give Richie Richardson plumb LBW (he was almost goaded to complete his over), Vengsarkar was in tears when he lost the finals of the Ranji Trophy by 2 runs against Haryana. Everyone has their own way of expression and different people have different yard sticks. I wouldn't for hell call any of these jazbaati or whatever. He was asked a question, he gave an honest answer of what he felt. Jazbaati or not it hardly matters; because you, me or anyone here on ICF is not in those players' shoes. Let us allow the players their freedom of expression and I see no reason for any criticism to any player's expression of such an incident.
