When I call the customer care, they say that some online game has been subscribed which is chargeable. They can not refund my money. I have no idea how this game got subscribed. What should I do ??

Did not threaten to file a case though.:--D That idiot kept on telling that this is not a value added service so we can not refund.

If not, then I am gonna get refunded. Can they see which sites I was browsing or simply I was browsing or not??? I know in case of legal issues they provide all the info to the police but without any legal issue, can they see all the sites we visit ???

Now, if you own a mart phone, some of your apps use the data connection from time to time. For example the weather app or some other similar apps use the data connection to update data. In fact the data connection typical works more than the voice connection. So most likely they will find that you were surfing at that time.
