Kuldeep yadav has been unplayable till this point in the tournament, all three teams have struggled to get him away, dont think so in his quota of 10 overs he has crossed 20 runs, managed to take 3 odd wickets in every match. Wonder whats the secret, has the chinamen he bowls improved ?? i remember seeing his video during the U19 world cup, he looked good but teams scored off him, this time around its a different story. I read in one article they said the conditions in Darwin are sub continental types during this tournament, maybe he is getting lot of turn & bounce, who knows. But good to see india having good options in bowling and batting both, as vijay zol said at the start of the tournament, looks like a well balanced side!!

Deepak Hooda is a spinner.
crazy, till this point i was thinking he is a medium pacer! But makes sense, India would not have played 4 pacers, so 3 seamers and 2-3 spinners in the team.

Over 11.1: Singh to Mortimer, no run, good pace thumps the pad Over 1.1: Milind to Leaver, no run, left arm medium pace, appeal for LBW as beaten for pace, high perhaps :) hopefully this is not misleading and we believe they are good pacy bowlers!! But for lamba, the commentator should be an aussie, and writing good pace many times, but have seen something he likes!! Again not to be mislead, just keeping the hopes high :) To add to Lamba's commentary Over 14.6: Lamba to McDermott, no run, ducks under a decent short ball. AUS 2/56 (Mortimer 18, McDermott 2) Over 14.5: Lamba to McDermott, no run, nice Yorker well dug out

Yeah i see Iyer also being an allrounder of some sorts, came in the middle overs to bat and bowled medium pace. Saif played instead of him today, with a good hand with ball and bat, too bad there will not be any commentary for today's match.

its good to know that our under 19 teams are doing so well. Two good victories over Aus and Nz. Zol from what i know is a technically correct batsman in the Pujara mould. (note before Che bhai jumps on me i am not saying he is as good as pujara). Harwadkar is an out and out attacking batsman. There are big noises about him in Mumbai cricket.

btw maybe in the future its better if we play in England. Our young teams always seem to do well in Australia in recent times.

Herwadkar is not an attacking batsmen but steady.
