FischerTal Posted July 4, 2013 Author Posted July 4, 2013 i need to lose 8 to 9 kgs in 2 months.. no to exercise but i am ok with dieting .. any shortcuts babaji ?? babaji has himself lost 10kgs so far without doing any exercise. Eat one whole meal in a day (most preferably around noon), while eating fruits and veggies at 3 hour intervals. also, dont eat after 6 PM. NO LATE NIGHT SNACKS Donations will be appreciated :om:
