cowboysfan Posted July 30, 2013 Posted July 30, 2013 ^yes but 42 matches out of 49 will be meaningless coz we know the top test playing team will reach the qf..u tell me which format is the best? this is the best option for 14 teams,i have read that the next world cup in england will be much shorter and have lesser teams.

Sajid_Rana Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 This format is to avoid the scenario which happened in 2007 WC.This is good for Pakistan as we just need to beat the minnows & qualifier to go to quarter finals and from there on 2 good games will take to final. 92 remains the best format till date.
