yes in a way..england have taken their poaching level too far,in ballance`s case he can play for england since he has not represented zimbabwe and owes a lot to english county.. i strongly feel england should give chance to their own grown players even if they are subsequently less talented than poach from other countries

Does the nationality of his birth affect it the most, or does whomever built him up as a cricketer have the most sway?
