Jersey #10 Posted August 25, 2013 Posted August 25, 2013 Ended the game with 4 overs, 5 wickets and 21 runs left in the chase due to "bad visibility"
Sajid_Rana Posted August 25, 2013 Posted August 25, 2013 Rules must be followed. Darr did the right thing.
King Tendulkar Posted August 25, 2013 Posted August 25, 2013 Yeah dar, well out of order apllying rules of cricket!
velu Posted August 25, 2013 Posted August 25, 2013 If English won the game auusies might be whining.. Fair decision in the end
vvvslaxman Posted August 25, 2013 Posted August 25, 2013 Australia should have scored more in the same number of overs. Atleast 150. Sending Faulkner ahead of Smith, Clarke himself was a dumb move.
maverick451 Posted August 25, 2013 Posted August 25, 2013 If England did what clarke did tonight this board wouldnt have shut up about it. The lights were on and after a 5 day game you cant stop the game with 24 balls left

CoverDrive Posted August 26, 2013 Posted August 26, 2013 Well not their fault but it is pretty stupid rule. they should ask the batsmen and if they want to continue it should be allowed. Killed Eng chances of finishing off on a real high. Spectators must feel robbed. England team has benefited from the same rule previously so they obviously will not protest. but imagine this happening with scoreline 1-1
