+1 We follow a rotational system for ODI allocation due to high number of grounds. So, one should use common sense but since BCCI has already raked in the moolah for the match they don't bother with these matters.

Its not easy to shift international matches. this sort if series attracts big sponsors who spent big sums. Now for example there are Pepsi adverts in Cuttack but the match is shifted to Delhi which would result in quite an uproar and its not really that easy to set everything up so soon. This is my opinion though.
