vicks Posted October 12, 2013 Posted October 12, 2013 not fair. For the last 10 years, excluding matches against Bangladesh and Zimbabwe, Tendulkar is #18 in the world in Test averages, and also #18 in hundreds scored (min. qualification 3000 runs). Considering that Test matches are played by a handful of countries, only the top 8-10 batsmen around the world can be considered "world class", don't you think? What does that make #18? For someone hyped as the greatest batsman of all time, that's a pretty useless record over a long stretch of 10 years (almost 50% of his career).

DomainK Posted October 12, 2013 Posted October 12, 2013 On the 10th day after his birth, he was 10 days old. Henceforth, he will be known as the binary man. The man who dealt in ones and zeroes.
