for 5 years Dell is better for you. Dell with i3 Intel processor is about 43k to 45k here in Pakistan. with International Warranty. Dell is reliable. Here We describe Dell as " LOHA " (IRON) becoz of its reliability .... :--D Here is the Detail ... This is pointless..Make a list first..There are thousands of types of laptops around..From what you have said so far, you can get a 1. tablet - Plays fifa and most likely lasts 5 years 2. Macbook - Plays fifa and most likely lasts 5 years and pretty much 80% of the laptops out there
Those are Fifa configured for tablet. Not the original Fifa.

5 years tough. Laptops hardly last that long. I have never used a laptop for more than 2 years, but then I use them rough. But, honestly, most laptops will start giving you trouble after 2/3 years. The laptop will also be seriously outdated in 2/3 years time.

Not necessarily. You can always get laptops with the best specifications available and it will last longer. My last laptop lasted 5 years (but couldnt handle the jump to HD) and my current has lasted 4 years (Still plays current games on medium). Many companies have premium brands that always last much longer than their lower end cousins. It just depends on whether you want 2 750$ laptops or 1 1500$ laptop over 5 years.

They might have a problem here and there but that can be fixed, for instance HDD. My Dell Studio with i7 from 2010 is as good as new once I took care of the heating problem. My parents still use their 2006 HP, I added some RAM and it still works fine.

Yeah, Dell's makes the best laptops for gaming but you need ones with better config or the ultimate Dell's Alien Ware model. Alien Ware's the god the gaming laptops by Dell. But not this config- i3 and 1.9ghz isn't really the best config for new gen games.

i can understand with this config its not best to play new gen games, but he is not going to use laptop only for game purpose. also he wants to use laptop atleast 5 years. i cant see Acer as reliable for 5 years .... :dontknow: he needs 50k atleast for good laptop .... :hmmm:

I still have a dell bought in 2006 still kicking. its a core duo processor. but i clean so it doesn't get hot.

As of now won't be using laptop much but in future i might use it to learn programming language.So i want a laptop so that it shouldn't be that difficult to install softwares.Can't change the configurations regularly.So need a laptop which will support softwares for years to come.
