He is one of the finest all rounders in the country and I think if given "proper" chances, he will do well in T20s and ODIs. He may not be the best bowlers around, but he certainly has a wicket to wicket line which becomes annoying for batsman and he is ideally suited to these slow pitches. Plus he is a better batsman than Rayudu and Rohit. I wish he was given the chance to bat higher up at No. 5 or No. 6, he can bat well.

Considering the low strike rates of Rayudu, rohit, Kartik and Rahane their is a good argument for him getting into the team as batsman alone.

So Mayanti (although she is hawt ) is not the sole criteria here

Give him a fair chance before calling him a "Galli Mohalla" level cricketer. We haven't done justice to him. On one hand we have the Nohits and the Ishants and the Rayudus who are being persisted with after repeated failures and on the other, everyone is convinced that Binny is not an international quality cricketer after seeing 5 overs of him. What logic

I am sure the team management will drop him in the next game, but if he is dropped, it will be grossly unfair and the confidence of the player will go down. You need to given him proper chances before finally discarding him. A run of 5-7 "proper" games is all I want for a start. He will earn the remaining part of his career himself. And when I say proper, I mean proper games wherein he bats at No. 5 or 6 or gets good 8-10 overs quota.
