sachinrox Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 I never thought of accepting Modi as a PM of this country, but I will have to say that the man has worked really hard to get these results. The results in UP are a true reflection of his role in this election. Although one may argue that Amit Shah did all the basement from where Modi took it off, but no someone had to step on the gas and put on the accelerator which Modi did quite convincingly. Who would have thought Congress reduced to 2, SP reduced to 5 and BSP getting zilch in UP. And more importantly 70+ not even the BJP predicted that. But the sole reason for their strong showing in both UP and nationally is Narendra Modi. I may not like him, but I cannot deny the hard work he has put in, the amount of meetings he addressed, the rallies and everything he did with a stamp of authority. Full credit to BJP and the workers who made this win even more convincing. But the actual work starts now, he has a burden of expectations on his shoulders, normally when you win by such a huge margin, it shows that people have voted for some expectations, you showed them the dreams now its time to turn them into reality and bring every promise into effect. I wish the new government all the luck for the upcoming 5 years ahead.

Rest only did so after NDTV exit poll. which is cheating. I am thoroughly happy with this results. Let begin the real work now. So those 6, whoever they were... :hatsoff: congrats.
