I will say this for the BCCI members who came up with the list - they have some gall to take up the SC in this manner. How about they bring in a neutral outside agency to probe. Somebody not related to the bcci but at the same time knows about cricket the game.

Reputation does not finish careers of you and me when what we are accused of is told to be lie but here you will see whole media doing it's circus and presuming them to be guilty and not innocent and every match will become joke every bad performance . Also they are under investigation why do we have to know names ? One thing you can be assured of is everyone will be investigated properly and that is what they are trying to do and if bcci do not do it themselves they will do it and if necessary release name but you have to understand they are presuming them to be innocent so trying to protect them. Yes releasing names will give us lots of masala news but how will it help in anyway ?

They have no option. It's the typical Indian attitude of "push until you can". They are just testing the limits of SC's ire.

Notice the highlighted name? Same person who was appointed by the SC for the IPL probe committee report and what an appointment it was! The SC can come up with names but it is checking how far BCCI are serious and they don't want to impinge upon BCCI - the organization.

There is always course of action first they will allow investigation how it's supposed to be done and if it's not fair they will do it in other way . You have to understand srini nigh be head of bcci but he is not bcci even if he has lots of control which is why they are making sure there is no conflict and asked him to step down for now and also many other people related to that company .

No one knows who si guilty or who is not. To get a fair investigation SC cannot ask BCCI to setup committe. If Seeni didn't had any control then how BCCI appoint 3 panelists who have conflict of interests? End of day thsi case also has to be taken same way like how others are treated. If tomorrow a politician raised concern about his reputation will SC ask his party to conduct investigation?

Spread Law ‏@Spread_Law #SupremeCourt suggests why not Justice Mukul Mudgal continue the probe of IPL spot fixing and head the SIT to probe the entire (1/3) great!!!!

ESPNcricinfo ‏@ESPNcricinfo The Supreme Court of India has rejected the three-member probe panel proposed by the BCCI. I think the BCCI just p!ssed off the SC by naming this panel. Now they'll pay the penalty for trying to be over smart.
