Both seem pretty meh. If it were upto me, I would choose a young person with a clean reputation who can grow in to the job as BJP grows in the state. And since the party is in its infancy, there is no danger of stepping on egos. There were talks a couple of years ago to extend the NCR region as far out as karnal. So there is a possibility that most of the big projects will be in the care of the centre (assuming BJP wins Delhi as well).
