She also said that the people of Delhi need a Gujarat model. "If they ask me then I will accept it. I had refused earlier when they asked,but now I will accept," she said. Former IPS official and Team Anna member Kiran Bedi, who has been heaping praise on Narendra Modi in the past couple of months, on Tuesday dropped hints of joining politics. "I no more rule out entering Indian political service on capability basis. I am moving towards some flexibility in this," Bedi tweeted. When asked whether she was contemplating joining BJP, Bedi refused to answer. Bedi, who was part of core team of Anna Hazare during his agitation for a strong Lokpal legislation, has openly been hailing Modi's leadership saying he could lead the country effectively. "Feel as if the country was orphaned past several years. It finally has a guardian who is caring and capable! We can now focus on creativity," she tweeted after election results were declared on May 16. "All who were spreading lies and apprehensions about @narendramodi got punished! Indian Voter saw it all! It's a victory of good intentions!," she said in another tweet. On Monday, expelled AAP MLA Vinod Kumar Binny had called upon BJP, AAP and Congress to consider Kiran Bedi for the post of Delhi chief minister, saying holding fresh Assembly elections would be a wastage of public money. I saw her on Nidhi Razdan's show, she was tight-lipped and only smilled when was asked if she is going to join BJP and probably be projected as Delhi CM. Hence TOI says she wants to be CM!

Should get a young BJP leader in Delhi to become CM candidate... Irani will be asked to stand from Vadodara... I think BJP shouldn't go for Bedi as there will be problems in Delhi unit of BJP...

I think BJP shouldn't go for Bedi as there will be problems in Delhi unit of BJP... Dr. Harshwardhan was given one chance just one month before the election and he did very well so I don't see any reason to change him. As for Smriti Irani contesting from Vadodara, I think Amit Shah will contest bcoz he does not like Anandiben Patel so I think he will be moved to Lok Sabha from the Gujarat Assembly. Smriti Irani is already a RS member.

Now all her efforts to stall Kejriewal because she didn't want politicization of Anna's movement, stand exposed. Only reason she opposed Kejriwal seems to be she wanted to be in position which Kejriwal occupied.

So one way you can say that he had an eye on political power. Point I am making why Bedi did drama of non-politicization to oppose Kejri when she herself was nursing ambitions to be Delhi CM, which now has come out in open.

He should have just formed a political party from the get-go.

No one knew who Kejriwal was. Kejriwal came to limelight only when they did fast for Lokpal and Anna fell ill then he took over the stage. Anna went to the background.. When Anna refused to be a part of his political party then media started focusing on Kejriwal. Same Kejriwal who accused media for selling themselves was shown by media as India's savior. Same media showed special episodes dedicated to Kejriwal, his movement, and his life. Same media made Kejriwal what he is now. If Bedi wanted, she herself could have come ahead and taken over the movement instead of Kejriwal and could have formed the party with Kejriwal.
