Government to pay for the rebuilding/repairing of their houses, transport of belongings, subsidies & scholarships for children's education, filling up of KP quotas in Govt. jobs asap. A side bonus of this will be a show of hands of seculars and reporters. Which side are they in?

Any such proclamations would get a reaction from anti India elements in kashmir. This will complicate whatever they are trying to accomplish by inviting the Pakistan pm. So better wait till the man assumes power and forms a cabinet.

It will be done today or tomorrow anyhow.

By inviting the SAARC heads, he has also invited nawaz, who is our most important neighbor after china. 2) If you have followed any India- Pak politics, you will know any attempt to engage is always met with resistance. An important news like this(which i now see is only on india tv so it might just be nonsense) coming out at this particular time even before the govt has taken over especially when the pak pm has been invited seems suspicious to me. I think it is good to let the new govt accomplish what it sets out to do without such sudden media announcements. 3) KPs are not sheep or cattle to be relocated on the basis of govt proclamations. There has to be peace and economic growth in the valley and that should encourage them to move back on their own. Only then will govt help will come into the picture. And for all of that we need peace with pakistan.
