Yoda-esque
Germany vs Brazil semifinal wc 2014 Reminds me of the match in 2010 where Germany beat Arg 4-0,there Schweinsteiger ran amok ,here it was Khadeira..Germany has the best midfielders and they can dismantle Free flowing soccer styles. Raghav_12
watching highlights of second half. To be fair, it is not looking that one sided as score line suggests.

If this is not one-sided nothing is. One guy asked if it is basketball or football after 25 minutes lol
Detonator
Brazil team just imploded after Muller's goal. Tbh, this kind of berserker rush tactic won't work always. Brazil messed up a lot in the midfield. Goalkeeper looked totally helpless.

Bumper
The real nation in shock is not Brazil, its Germany. The Germans would not have expected this in their wildest dreams. However Brazil, the soccer factory, will be back. This is too great a soccer nation to take this kinda beating lying down and not bounce back. This game merely exposed all the cracks that were successfully papered by Neymar and Silva till now. Germany is good, but not this good. They were allowed to run circles around the penalty box, the luxury of multiple open shots at the goal, too much room to manuever the ball etc. Germany is too professional a team to miss out on such lapses. German defense was nothing great, even "this" Brazilian offense beat them quite a few times but without Neymar to coordinate the plays, Brazil made too many unforced errors and gave the ball away. I still think Holland is the best team of the tournament. If Germany vs Holland happens which I think will, we will see how good Germany really is. That would be a cracker of a game! Okay. Oezzil was a off color . Other than that there is no real weakness in the midfield. They just torment you with combination play.

Better luck Next Time BRAZIL :cheer: That is the disadvantage of getting automatic qualification. They lacked match practice as they didn't have to play qualifiers. They could have tested their line up a bit more besides friendly matches

Brazil din't know what hit them in the first 30 mins. imo, the first goal by kroos is the best and the gamebreaker, it left the brazil midfielders/defenders in a complete disarry. Marcelo and luiz were made to look like amateurs by kroos. khedira's goal was a fluke though :giggle:
