Just like to remind posters that India lost 2-0 to SA in SA and 4-0 to NZ in NZ.So dont expect much from this ODI unit.

Because of defensive captaincy in using part timers and lack of pace. Bhuvi is now at better pace in odis. Kulkarni is 135ish+, aaron and pandey are there. If we attack we will get wickets. But we dont attack and rather try to curb run rate

My squad of 16:- First XI:-Dhawan,Rahane,Kohli,Rohit,Raina,Dhoni,Jadeja,Ashwin,BK,Aaron,Mohit. Reserves:-Samson,Kedar,Rasool/Karn,Rishi,Kulkarni. No place for Uthappa,Binny,Rayudu.I'm sure Binny will be selected in place of Rishi.Mishra as the reserve spinner :giggle:

dhawan pujara kohli kedar samson dhoni jadeja ashwin bhuvi kulkarni jasprit won't happen to much inexperience but i think there are better one-day batsmen than rahane and rohit i've not much confidence in rohit or raina. tiwary can be in the squad, aaron can be in the squad.

Haha , I dont think so. The only questionable non picks are MSD and Jadeja, I dont think its unfair to give those two a break after a gruelling 5 tests. We should not have to factor in CLT20, but that is a week after the ODIs end.

Yuvraj and Zaheer have had their time and are past it now, none of the pacemen who played the test series should play ODIs.. why bowl them into the ground.

I'd say let Rahane be at the middle order as he is a batsman with technique of playing according to the situation even when the team collapses, he can somehow make it better. So, let him be at where he is and stop experimenting and ruining him.:winky:

Hopefully this dipsh!t selection panel will pick couple of players from India A squad that recently toured Australia. Rohit, Rahane, and Rayudu in top 6 will lead to another slaughter in ODI's
